Fresh Start

Today marks the first day of the rest of my culinary lifestyle. Well okay I did admitedlly stumble out of the gates but I am being more conscience about things. I need to begin by informing my family of those things that I can, will, and want to eat. The other trick? Working in a kitchen all day and moderating my food intake.

This is not a New Year’s Resolution. Just a concentrated effort to refocus my life physically, spiritually, and emotionally. I’ll delve a little into Kosher eating, (although who could willingly give up bacon?) clean/green eating, and vegetarian eating.

I hope everyone will enjoy the journey with me and will share their lifestyle changes past, present, and future.
